Kentucky Regulatory Program Amendment Approved by Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement approved an amendment to the Kentucky regulatory program, with the exception of a provision related to civil penalty escrow accounts, under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977.
