US Corrects Proposed Rule on Hazardous Materials Shipping

The US has corrected a proposed rule on shipping hazardous materials, aligning with the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code, after a preliminary environmental analysis checklist was inaccurately described in the original document, published in the Federal Register on June 17, 2010.
