FERC Extends Comment Period for Mandatory Reliability Standards

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is extending the comment period for its Mandatory Reliability Standards, Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) update, due to lack of public comments received within the initial 60-day notice period, which ended on July 23, 2024.
