EPA Corrects Final Rule on Toxic Chemical Release Reporting

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting a final rule that added diisononyl phthalates (DINP) to the list of toxic chemicals subject to reporting requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) and the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA). The correction addresses an inaccurate amendatory instruction.
