EPA Exempts Bacillus Thuringensis Cry1B.868 and Cry1Da_7 Proteins from Tolerance Requirement

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Bayer U.S.--Crop Science from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Bacillus thuringensis Cry1B.868 and Cry1Da_7 proteins in corn, eliminating the need to establish a maximum permissible level for these proteins.
