U.S. EPA Releases Revised Guidelines for Clean Water Act Section 319 Grants

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released revised guidelines for states, territories, and the District of Columbia for implementing nonpoint source management programs under the Clean Water Act. The new guidelines, effective since the fiscal year 2014 grant cycle, aim to advance new science, engage communities, and guide the national Nonpoint Source Program.
