U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Requests Public Comment on Extension of Form I-360 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comment on the extension of its existing information collection for Form I-360, which is used to petition for immigrant visas and other benefits, until September 30, 2024.
