Coast Guard Exempts Active-Duty Uniformed Service Members From Merchant Mariner Credentialing Fees

The US Coast Guard is exempting active-duty uniformed service members from Merchant Mariner Credentialing fees in response to Executive Order 13860 and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
