Coast Guard Establishes Emergency Safety Zone on Kentucky River

The US Coast Guard has established an emergency temporary safety zone along the Kentucky River near Frankfort, KY, due to stability concerns of the Broadway Bridge. Vessels are prohibited from entering the zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley.
