Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Fixed Mooring Balls Off Oahu

The Coast Guard is creating a temporary safety zone south of Barbers Pt. Harbor Channel, Oahu, HI, to protect people and vessels from hazards associated with the six fixed mooring balls, and entry will be restricted unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Upper Mississippi River or a designated representative.
