US Coast Guard Updates Safety Zone for Kemah Boardwalk Fireworks Display

The US Coast Guard is updating a safety zone in Upper Galveston Bay, Texas, to protect personnel vessels and the marine environment from potential hazards during the Kemah Boardwalk Fireworks Display. The safety zone will be in effect on two annually recurring dates.
