U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Tumwater Infrastructure Improvements

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from the City of Tumwater for an incidental take permit to construct infrastructure improvements at two locations in Washington, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act. The permit would allow for the take of the federally threatened Olympia subspecies of the Mazama pocket gopher.
