MARAD Updates CoE Designation Policy and Invites Applications for 2023 Designation

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has updated its designation policy for the Centers of Excellence for Domestic Maritime Workforce Training and Education (CoE) and invites eligible training entities to apply for 2023 CoE designation. The updated policy follows changes to the eligibility criteria made by the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
