MARAD Solicits Applications for Tanker Security Program Operating Agreement

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is soliciting applications for the Tanker Security Program (TSP) operating agreement, which authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to establish a fleet of privately owned product tank vessels for national defense and security purposes.
