FMCSA Provisionsally Renews CRST Exemption for CDL Training

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) provisionally renewed the exemption for CRST The Transportation Solution (CRST) to allow commercial learner's permit (CLP) holders to drive a company CMV without a CDL holder in the passenger seat during behind-the-wheel training on public roads or highways for up to five years.
