U.S. Commerce Department Finds China's Solar Cell Exports Circumvent Duties
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that imports of certain solar cells and modules from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duties on China's solar cell exports.
