U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Illinois River Boat Race

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone along the Illinois River, from Mile 119.7 to 120.3, to safeguard people and boats from hazards caused by a high-speed boat race. The zone's entry is restricted to authorized personnel, including the Captain of the Port Upper Mississippi River or their designated representatives.
