U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Circumvention of Antidumping Duties on Collated Steel Staples from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that imports of collated steel staples from Thailand and Vietnam are circumventing antidumping duties on collated staples from China, using Chinese-manufactured wire bands.
