IEX Adopts Rule Change to Satisfy FINRA Pilot Program Requirements

Investors Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to adopt supplementary material .16 to IEX Rule 5.110, allowing members who participate in the recently approved FINRA pilot program on remote inspections to also satisfy IEX's internal inspection requirements.
