EPA Approves New Jersey's State Implementation Plan for Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve New Jersey's State Implementation Plan, which certifies the state's compliance with the 2008 and 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards, and sets motor vehicle emission budgets for Moderate and Serious classifications.
