EPA Delegation of Authority to Idaho for Hazardous Air Pollutants and NSPS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has acknowledged Idaho's updated delegation of authority to implement and enforce additional or revised National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS). The EPA is making available a copy of the letters to Idaho.
