EPA Proposes Partial Approval of Wisconsin Regional Haze Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve or approve the Wisconsin regional haze state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) on July 30, 2021, pending the shutdown of coal-fired Boiler B26 at the Ahlstrom-Munksjö-Rhinelander Mill.
