EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) that updates references to the Code of Federal Regulations from the 2018 edition to the 2022 edition, submitted by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) on December 14, 2023.
