EPA Seeks Public Input on Proposed Settlement Agreement in Endangered Species Act and Administrative Procedure Act Claims

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on a proposed settlement agreement in a lawsuit filed by the Center for Biological Diversity over EPA's approvals of Washington State's water quality criteria for cyanide under the Clean Water Act.
