EPA Approves Delaware's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Delaware's revised regional haze State implementation plan, which addresses the state's long-term strategy for reducing regional haze in Class I Federal areas, as required by the Clean Air Act and EPA's Regional Haze Rule.
