EPA Proposes Administrative De Minimis Settlement for Casmalia Resources Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of a proposed administrative de minimis settlement concerning the Casmalia Resources Superfund Site in Santa Barbara County, California, involving 16 parties who have agreed to pay $1,402,842 to resolve liabilities for the site. The settlement covers 15,407,266 lbs. of waste, representing 0.275% of the total site waste of 5.6 billion pounds.
