FEMA to Notify Private Insurers of NFIP Arrangement Terms

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is required to notify private insurance companies about the terms for subscription or re-subscription to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Write-Your-Own (WYO) Program Financial Assistance/ Subsidy Arrangement (Arrangement), which is available to them annually.
