DHS Proposes Changes to HSAR to Support Domestic PPE Manufacturing

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing amendments to the Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) to ensure the sustainment and expansion of domestic manufacturing for certain types of personal protective equipment (PPE) critical to the US national response to public health crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
