Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request, OMB No. 1660-0005; National Flood Insurance Program-Claim Forms
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is submitting information collection activities for review and clearance by the Office of Management and Budget, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. FEMA will describe the nature of the information collection, categories of respondents, estimated burden, and actual data collection instruments.
