U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Application for Enhancement of Survival Permit for Endangered Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Pumacruma Llamana for an enhancement of survival permit for the orangeblack Hawaiian damselfly, which would authorize take of the species and its habitat creation. The public is invited to comment on the application.
