DOE adopts NRC NEPA documentation for Diablo Canyon Power Plant
The Department of Energy is adopting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's National Environmental Policy Act documentation for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant, allowing for the award of credits to Pacific Gas and Electric Company under the Civil Nuclear Credit Program.
