Notice of Final Determination on 2023 DOE Critical Materials List

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has released the 2023 DOE Critical Materials List, which includes critical materials for energy and critical minerals, as determined by the Secretary of Energy. The list was published pursuant to authority under the Energy Act of 2020.
