EPA Finalizes Amendments to NESHAP for Internal Combustion Engines with Electronic Reporting Provisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE), Stationary Compression Ignition (CI) Internal Combustion Engines, and Stationary Spark Ignition (SI) Internal Combustion Engines, to add electronic reporting provisions, simplifying reporting and enhancing data availability.
