Phenol; Revoking Exemption From the Requirement of a Pesticide Tolerance

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) revoked the exemption for phenol residues in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, as part of a registration review under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
