EPA Approves New York's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Sylvamo Ticonderoga Mill

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan for the ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard, related to the Sylvamo Ticonderoga Mill, which will implement Reasonably Available Control Technology for nitrogen oxide emissions.
