FAA to Require Designation of U.S. Agent for Individuals with Foreign Addresses

The FAA will require individuals with foreign addresses to designate a U.S. agent for service of FAA documents, starting from an unspecified date, to ensure prompt and cost-effective service of process and safety-critical documents abroad.
