EPA Submits ICR for Vehicle Emission Inspection and Maintenance Programs for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for its Data Reporting Requirements for State and Local Vehicle Emission Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) Programs to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR, EPA ICR No.1613.08, is currently set to expire on October 31, 2024, and public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register.
