Identification of Foreign Countries Whose Nationals Are Eligible To Participate in the H-2A and H-2B Nonimmigrant Worker Programs

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has designated 88 countries for H-2A and 89 countries for H-2B nonimmigrant worker programs, allowing nationals of these countries to participate in the coming year. The designations are effective for one year after publication in the Federal Register.
