EPA Solicits Public Comment on New ICR for PFAS Testing Under TSCA Section 4

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on a new Information Collection Request (ICR) for Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 4 Test Orders for the Standardized Testing of Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS), EPA ICR No. 2797.01. The ICR will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
