EPA Updates Civil Monetary Penalty Amounts for Inflation Adjustment

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating its civil monetary penalty amounts to reflect inflation, as required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990. The EPA will notify readers that listed penalty amounts may be outdated and refer them to the correct amounts in its regulation.
