FAA adopts new airworthiness directive for Fokker Services B.V. Model F28 airplanes

The FAA is requiring a one-time inspection of Fokker Services B.V. Model F28 airplanes to address cracks at the upper and lower fastener holes of a repair plate in the stubwing, which had been applied to repair heat damage.
