FERC Publishes Notice on Commission Security Investigation Records

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is publishing a notice of modifications to its Commission Security Investigation Records system, which will create new routine uses for disclosing personally identifiable information in response to a breach, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Memorandum M-17-12.
