Proposed Information Collection Activity; Evaluation of LifeSet

The Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is proposing additional information collection activities to assess the implementation of LifeSet, a program for young adults with previous child welfare involvement. The proposed activities are related to the current data collection approved under OMB #: 0970-0577.
