Federal Employees Health Benefits Program: Verification Requirements for Family Member Coverage

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must implement a verification process for the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB) to ensure family members are eligible for coverage, as required by the FEHB Protection Act of 2025. This rule also clarifies responsibilities for the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program.
