EPA Proposes Consent Decree to Resolve Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards Case

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree to resolve a lawsuit filed by Committee for a Better Arvin, Medical Advocates for Healthy Air, and Sierra Club, alleging EPA failure to act on California's state implementation plan revisions for ozone standards in the San Joaquin Valley area.
