Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone along the Upper Mississippi River, from Mile 427.3 to 427.5, to safeguard people and vessels from potential hazards caused by a fireworks display on the river, and entry will be restricted unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Upper Mississippi River or a designated representative.
