DHS Proposes Clarification on Discretionary Employment Authorization for Aliens

The Department of Homeland Security proposes to limit and clarify eligibility for discretionary employment authorization for certain aliens paroled into the US, including those with deferred action or final removal orders, and those who admit to certain criminal acts.
