EPA Revises Taconite Federal Implementation Plan to Reduce NOx Emissions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is revising the 2013 Federal Implementation Plan for the Keetac taconite facility in Minnesota to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, with new limits set to become enforceable in three to five years.
