Air Plan Approval; New York; New York Metropolitan Area Second Ten-Year Limited Maintenance Plan for the 2006 24-Hour PM2.5 Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New York to fulfill the requirement for a limited maintenance plan for the 2006 fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) for ten counties in the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island area.
