EPA Reconsiders Ozone Reclassification Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a new interpretation for reclassifying nonattainment areas under the Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards, which would apply nationwide to all past and future reclassifications.
